Senior Director, Lumina Platform @ RBC Borealis

I am a Senior Director at RBC Borealis AI, where I lead the engineering and product strategy for the bank’s agentic AI platform. My work focuses on building secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure that enables teams across RBC to design, deploy, and operate AI agents responsibly.

Prior to RBC, I was a Senior Product Manager - Technical at AWS Identity, where I led authentication initiatives such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), passkeys, and passwordless sign-in, and contributed to the FIDO Alliance and W3C WebAuthn standards communities. Earlier in my career, I held product and engineering roles across financial services and technology, focusing on cloud identity, security, and platform architecture.

Outside of work, I teach product management at BrainStation Toronto and mentor emerging product leaders.
