I’m a marketer with over 11 years of experience in product, content, and growth marketing. I work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to build roadmaps and GTM plans.
Many of those 11 years were spent at Balsamiq, designing campaigns that were tailored to customer goals and enablement. I worked on content, led product launches, pitched new features, and optimized lifecycle flows (onboarding, in-app, and email).
To me, nothing beats sitting down with a user—an hour of listening teaches more than a stack of reports. That mix of curiosity and care fuels my work: turning customer insights into clarity, speed, and a little bit of fun.
